Omelette and saute pans feature 18/10 stainless steel cooking surfaces treated with Excalibur non-stick, so you can prepare healthy recipes with little oil or fat. The 4-layer bonded construction evenly distributes across the bottom and up the sides and retains heat extraordinarily well. Solid, cast-stainless handles stay cool; stainless steel lids lock in flavor.

About All-Clad...All-Clad cookware is crafted from three permanently bonded layers of metal -- a layer of pure aluminum rests between an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface and an exterior aluminum layer of magnetic stainless steel, brushed aluminum or hard anodized aluminum.
