Brown meat, fish or vegetables in the 4-qt. Braiser Pan by All-Clad LTD, then simmer them slowly in liquid to complete the braising process. Wonderful pan for paella, too.

Pan features a heavy aluminum core on bottom and sides so food cooks evenly and thoroughly. Dual handles are double-riveted so you can confidently lift and transfer pan. Lid fits securely to seal in moisture.Originally designed for professional chefs, All-Clad pans have 3 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating.

The pure aluminum core is fused between the extra-thick, anodized exterior and the hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, which won't react with food. Handles are fastened with non-corrosive rivets. Specially designed, shiny stainless steel lid fits tight.
