Pan features a heavy aluminum core on bottom and sides so food cooks evenly and thoroughly. Handles are double-riveted so you can confidently lift and transfer pan. Lid fits securely to seal in moisture.

Hard-anodized exterior resists scratching and abrasions.All-Clad LTD cookware is crafted from three permanently bonded layers of metal.
