Expertly crafted from three layers of metals, the cookware’s thick core of heat-conducting aluminum is permanently bonded to gleaming stainless steel exterior. The deep side and generous capacity allow you to easily prepare one-dish meals such as chicken. Features: Uniquely designed and ideally weighted stainless steel clad construction.

Three layers of metal consist of an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for even heating all the way up the sides. Comfortable silicone and stainless steel handles, oven safe to 400°F/204°C. Professional stainless steel lids lock in moisture and flavor.

Preferred by professional chefs, the clad interior is safe for use with metal utensils. Completely dishwasher safe for convenience. Suitable for use on all cooktops, including glass and induction.
