Anolon makes it easy to strain hot liquids without the use of a colander. This 3.5-qt. pan has an ingeniously designed lid with built-in holes (both small and large) that let you drain liquids; just press down firmly on the lid and it will stay in place while you drain.

The pan also features DuPont's Autograph 2 nonstick coating inside and out for enduring performance, superior durability and ease of cleaning. It's made of hard-anodized aluminum for fast, even heat distribution with no hot spots that can scorch food, and incorporates 18/10 stainless steel and silicone rubber Anolon SureGrip handles for a comfortable, confident and cool grip when lifting and carrying. The clear, tempered glass lid features the same type of handle, and has a large loop for easier grasping.

Handles are oven-safe to 400 degrees.
