Made from vacuum cast aluminum as opposed to stamped, it features superior shape and thickness and is guaranteed never to warp. Three-layer nonstick interior and two-layer nonstick exterior surfaces protect foods from sticking and burning while eliminating the need for excess fats, oils, and cooking sprays, and they are guaranteed never to chip, crack, blister, bubble or peel.

The wooden handles not only look great, but also stay cool on the stovetop, facilitating easy transport without the use of potholders. Additionally, you can foil-wrap the wood handles and use each pot and pan safely in the oven. Similar to the Oven but smaller, the Berndes Sauteuse pan comes with a domed glass lid and is ideal for slow cooking vegetables in their own juices such as artichokes, turnips or tomatoes.
