Made from vacuum cast aluminum as opposed to stamped, it features superior shape and thickness and is guaranteed never to warp. Three-layer nonstick interior and two-layer nonstick exterior surfaces protect foods from sticking and burning while eliminating the need for excess fats, oils, and cooking sprays, and they are guaranteed never to chip, crack, blister, bubble or peel.

This 4.25-qt. Oven is indispensable for creating one-pot sumptuous meals like chili, braised chicken and beef stew. It features a heavy, cast aluminum bottom, excellent for slow cooking- you can crank up the heat at the beginning to make foods flavorful, crusty and brown and then lower the temperature to a simmer on the stovetop or in the oven.

For self-basting, the domed-glass lid lets steam rise, condense and return to the foods. For maximum longevity, handwash-recommended. Made in Germany with a limited lifetime warranty.
