The unique hollow-cast handle connects to this skillet in a V-shape, keeping the handle cooler while using on the stovetop. The fry pan, also known as an omelette pan, has a flared rim for easier pouring. Specially packaged, each piece arrives in its own cloth bag with drawstring closure. The soft bag prevents scratches when storing and dust from collecting; it also makes a handsome gift for giving.
