"This updated brushed silver mandoline is a excellent kitchen tool. The julienne blade has been built into the mandoline for quick changing. Simply rotate the dial on the side to the desired selection.

Also built into the mandoline is a straight and serrated blade. The straight blade can be removed and replaced if necessary. This is a great way to quickly slice and julienne vegetables.

The ergonomic non-slip grip and folding leg help support the mandoline while in use. This model also includes a safety guard / pusher which should be used at all times to protect hands and fingers. All parts are dishwasher safe.

This model features a black carrying case for storage when not in use. Measures: 17.5"" L x 5"" W x 9.5"" H."
