And since no additional fat or butter is required for cooking, this is a great way to reduce fat for a healthier meal. You can also prepare small single-sized servings of omelets, hashbrowns or stuffing. The glass lid keeps the heat in while cooking; the body of the pan is made of Aluminum for fast and even heating.
