Blatjang is a Cape Dutch term referring to chutney. This chunky condiment is very versatile and goes well with everything from scrambled eggs and toast to meatloaf. Use it for a dip for shrimp or to accompany your favorite curries or as a condiment for your cheese plate.

Blatjang is prepared from the finest of ingredients that include Del Monte fruits, secret spice blends, fresh ginger and chili peppers. Blutjung Chutney, which is a chutney made from cumin, garlic, sea salts and chilies, adds delicious flavor to fish, chicken or meat. Other spices include a Rotisserie Chicken Rub, which has a fragrant blend with hints of fennel, ancho chilli, cinnamon, cumin and coriander.

The Moroccan Rub is the perfect combination of fresh ground coriander, ginger, cumin and tumeric with black pepper to marinate fish, shellfish, chiken, pork or lamb roasts, chops or steaks prior to cooking. Just rub meats or fish with fresh herbs, garlic cloves and Moroccan rub and olive oil for fabulous flavor! Two Bottles of Chutney Sauce, mild, and spicy, plus a 6-pack of the the following mixed rubs: Steak Rub 3.17-oz.
