Designed with an aluminum core that covers the bottom and sides completely, it will heat and cook all food thoroughly and evenly - no hot or cold spots. Interior is hand-polished stainless and cleans up beautifully use after use. Hard-anodized exterior won't scratch or peel.

Lid seals in moisture and flavors and is made of the same high-polished stainless. Great for catering services or restaurants. All-Clad LTD cookware is crafted from three permanently bonded layers of metal.

A layer of pure aluminum rests between a charcoal black anodized aluminum exterior with an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface. Sleek and functional, each piece is heavy weight and provides exceptional cooking performance by evenly distributing and retaining heat. Features wide, double-riveted handles and well-fitted stainless steel lids.
