Brown meats, fish or vegetables in the 4-qt. Braiser Pan by All-Clad Stainless, then simmer them slowly in liquid to complete the braising process. Double handles add convenience for handling and raised lid allows moisture and heat to circulate evenly.

Heavy aluminum core covers the bottom and sides for even and thorough heating. Ideal for paella dishes, too. Originally designed for professional chefs, All-Clad pans have 3 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating.

The pure aluminum core is fused between the durable magnetic stainless exterior and the hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, which won't react with food. Handles are fastened with non-corrosive rivets. Specially designed, shiny stainless steel lid seals securely.
