Skillet features an extra-thick copper exterior, an inner core of pure aluminum that covers the bottom and sides, and a hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel interior that never reacts with food -- all bonded together to distribute heat evenly. Eggs and delicate food will cook evenly and not scorch when heat is kept at medium level.

The pan features a long, stay-cool stainless steel handle attached with non-corrosive rivets. Maintains its appearance longest when hand-washed.
