This casserole from the Circulon 2 line features the company's locking lid with special straining holes. On one side of the lid are large holes for straining water or excess liquids. On the opposite side are tinier holes - ideal when straining rice or other foods that are tiny in shape and more likely to slip through as you drain liquids.
