The saute pan has a flared rim for easier pouring, and comes with a tight-fitting lid that locks in moisture and retains vitamins. Following in the footsteps of its legendary cutlery lines is the new Henckels Classic Clad cookware made of the finest, multi-ply clad materials. Specially packaged, each piece arrives in its own cloth bag with drawstring closure.

The soft bag (one for the pan and one for the lid) prevents scratches when storing and dust from collecting; it also makes a handsome gift for giving. On the outside, a mirror finish, magnetic stainless steel offers professional looks so popular in today's kitchens while an 18/10 satin stainless steel interior helps disguise the signs of wear and tear. Sandwiched in-between is a layer of thick aluminum.

All provide the maximum heat conductivity for superior cooking performance. The pan's interior has curved contours (not hard, right angles) so food particles won't stick and cleanup is quick.
