With its rail-guided sliding track, the Zyliss mandoline lets you cut and slice safely and easy with a controlled back-and-forth motion over a V-shaped stainless steel blade. Slice fruits and vegetables to the desired thickness. It easily handles all sizes and shapes of foods, in small or large quantities.

Slice oranges for floating in a fruit punch, potatoes for layering in a casserole, kiwi for decorating tarts, tomatoes and mozzarella for a caprese salad or matchstick strips for a stir-fry dinner.
